Cosmics is an Indian comic book publishing company led by Mr. Mohammad Shahbaz. He embarked on this venture due to his unwavering passion for comics.
The foundation of Cosmics started in April 2020 when the founder, Mohammad Shahbaz, decided to create a fan comic with his friend Dinker Kishu. However, Dinker Kishu eventually left the team. Afterward, Mohammad Shahbaz decided to collaborate with artist Anup Kumar to create an original comic. However, due to certain reasons, this plan couldn’t be realized. In June 2020, Ankit Mishra joined as the co-founder of Cosmics, along with artist Sumit Sinha, colorist Amrit Pasang Lama, and writer Kshitiz, to work on Cosmics’ first comic, “Yugrakshak – Issue 1: YugAadhar.” In August 2020, Abhishek Verma and Gaurav Verma (collectively known as Abhirav) joined as co-founders, writers, and project/social media managers. The YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook pages of Cosmics were created on November 15, 2021. Official posts were made on Instagram and Facebook on November 16, 2021, and the Cosmics brand was officially announced on November 16, 2021. The announcement for our first graphic novel, “Yugrakshak – Issue 1: YugAadhar,” was made on December 2, 2021. The work on Cosmics’ first comic, YugAadhar, was completed in December 2021, but due to some issues, its release was delayed for over a year. The social media accounts became inactive for more than a year. However, Cosmics returned to Instagram and Facebook on November 26, 2022, and the pre-orders started on March 11 and ended on March 25. “YugRakshak – Issue 1: YugAadhar” was finally released on March 26, 2023. On May 1, Cosmics announced its second graphic novel, titled “Nirvana,” which is a Japanese-style Indian comic, or you can say an Indian Manga.

The work on this comic commenced in June 2021 and was completed in December 2021. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, its release was temporarily halted. Pre-orders for this comic were open from March 11 to March 25, 2023, and it was officially released on March 26, 2023.

Abhishek Verma:
An enthusiastic 17-year-old student, avid writer, anime/manga enthusiast, and anime YouTuber. He plays a vital role as a writer, project manager, and Social Media Manager at Cosmics.
Gaurav Verma:
An enthusiastic 17-year-old student, avid writer, anime/manga enthusiast, and anime YouTuber. He shares the same roles as Abhishek Verma, serving as a writer, project manager, and Social Media Manager at Cosmics.
Animesh:
A talented 21-year-old student with a strong passion for art, serving as the Chief Artist at Cosmics.
