Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:
- If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before it is dispatched.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@cosmics.co.in or call/WhatsApp us at 8272892081.
- If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

After Dispatch:
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- If the package is refused at the time of delivery, shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded after we receive the returned package.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for orders once they are delivered, except under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide unboxing video proof showing the damaged item to be eligible for a replacement.
- If a replacement is not available, we will process a full refund.

Incorrect Product Received:
- If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- We will arrange a return pickup, and a replacement will be sent at no extra cost. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

Non-Delivery of Product:
- If an order is not delivered due to logistics issues, we will initiate a full refund within 7 working days after verification.
- If the address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, reshipping charges will apply.
Refund Process & Timeline
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days from the approval date.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
- In case of any delay, customers can contact their bank/payment provider for updates.
Important Notes
- No refunds or cancellations are allowed for digital products or special promotional items.
- Refunds are not applicable for change of mind after the order is processed.
- Customers must ensure that the delivery address is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will be refunded after deducting shipping costs.
